Trudy started her photographic career in 1972, after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Art History. She worked part time while she raised four children. She opened Photography One2One in 1990. Trudy, along with her husband Leo, continues to enjoy photography as a business as well as an art form.

Trudy has been a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada since 1976. She has served on the Board of the Saskatchewan Professional Photographers in numerous positions, including a two-year term as President. During the course of her membership, she has been accredited in many photographic categories - Candid Wedding, Formal Wedding, Illustrative, Portrait, Commercial, Child Portrait, and Digital Restoration.

Trudy has also earned the following degrees and awards from the Professional Photographers of Canada:

• CPA - Craftsman of Photographic Arts - 1992
• MPA - Masters of Photographic Arts - 1996
• SPA - Service of Photographic Arts - 2000
• Fellowship Award - 1997
• National Citation for Service - 2008

All accomplishments aside, Trudy is one of the most passionate and energetic photographers on the planet. She's truly excited about every session, resulting in unique photographs and happy clients. She takes away the stress that some people feel about photography sessions, and replaces it with laughter and fun.
